Brad is a Chiropractor, a health system architect and corporate Advisor. He is a Director of World Spine Care Africa and a former Secretary General of the World Federation of Chiropractic – a non-state actor in official relations with WHO. Brad is a member of the Steering Committee of the Africa Telehealth Collaboration. He is a clinician, medicolegal advisor and educator.
He lectures as a visiting Professor for Health Sciences University in the UK and for Universities, Business Schools, Departments of Health, the World Bank/IFC and globally on matters of public health access, community MSK care and the digital health ecosystem. In doing so, Brad works with partners addressing universal healthcare strategies aligned to WHO public health, primary care and rehabilitation committee initiatives.
Brad has consulted and lectured widely in local and international forums, including on Agentic AI for telehealth and telemedicine strategy and application, on the digital health economy and on bioethics. He has combined medical theory and practice with legal precedent and ethical conduct to develop a unique approach to providing affordable, value-based care in primary and remote areas. Outside of work, you will find Brad in Cape Town, running trails across Table Mountain.
