Dr. Jessica Jane Voerman is Chief Clinical Officer at Steve Holt Inc (SHInc) and an emergency medicine practitioner with over a decade of clinical and leadership experience. She has worked across military health services, emergency units, aviation and primary healthcare telemedicine programs, as well as corporate healthcare environments, overseeing clinical governance, training compliance, and operational quality.
A published researcher in Aerospace Medicine and Human Performance, Dr. Voerman is actively involved in medical education and has recently been instrumental in developing and delivering a pioneering maternal emergency care course. She is passionate about strengthening systems of care, mentoring clinicians, and driving innovation in virtual and emergency healthcare.
