Dr. Eugenia Saah Adjei is a Ghanaian Pharmacist, Public Health Professional, and health systems innovator driving transformative healthcare solutions across Africa. She serves as the Managing Director of Adansi Health Tourism Ltd, in Accra, Ghana where she leads pioneering initiatives at the intersection of digital health, corporate wellness, preventive medicine, and cross-border healthcare access.
With over 16 years of leadership expertise in the healthcare sector spanning regulatory affairs, hospital and community pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical marketing, medical devices, and health tourism, Dr. Adjei is recognised for advancing pharmacist-led preventive care models and building strategic partnerships that expand access to quality healthcare services. Her work focuses on leveraging digital innovation, telehealth, and data-driven care to address the rising burden of non-communicable diseases across emerging health systems.
A passionate advocate for global collaboration, she actively facilitates the participation of African healthcare professionals in international knowledge-exchange platforms such as the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) Congress. Her vision is to reposition pharmacists as digital health leaders and catalysts for population health transformation.
Beyond her professional leadership, Dr. Adjei is a devoted wife to Mr. Kwesi Arkoh Essel and a proud mother of three; Jadon, Melissa, and Janelle—whose inspiration fuels her commitment to building a healthier future for families and communities.
