Dr Adri Landman, M.B.Ch.B. (University of the Free State), is a Clinical Manager for the First Care Group of Companies, with a primary leadership role in First Care Solutions. She is an emergency medicine clinician with eight years of experience in private emergency care and holds a postgraduate Diploma in Primary Emergency Care (DipPEC) from the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa.
Dr Landman is recognised for her strong clinical leadership, expertise in emergency medicine billing and ICD‑10 coding accuracy, and her commitment to advancing clinical governance and high‑quality patient care. She has been a key role‑player in the organisation‑wide implementation of an AI‑driven ambient scribe, significantly improving documentation quality and clinical workflow efficiency. She also plays a pivotal role in the development of a bespoke AI‑assisted billing and coding system tailored to emergency medicine practice.
She firmly believes in clinically, emotionally and financially safe care for patients and has been championing and spearheading continual review and optimisation within the organisation, which includes digital and AI driven systems solutions.
